Our foundations and values
Joy of life, experientiality and authenticity are the values behind what we do. We are a human sized two-person family business in Parainen. We are present in the moment, feet on the ground and connected to everyday life - at least when we accidentally don't sit down with a customer to dream about the next inspiring trip, unhurried moments in nature or, for example, imagining new culinary experiences.
Our operations follow the nordic seasons and the rhythms of life in the archipelago. However, our desire to offer high-quality food, happy moments, sweet dreams and an overall good mood in a human-friendly way, remains constant.

I am the fiery soul of our bistro and the rolling stone that gathers no moss. I am also a curious, strong-willed visionary and a gentle fool all in one package. I am ambitious about what I do and I don't like to compromise on details.
Movement, change, and constant learning are the spice of my life.
Amanda
You might think I'm Eva's opposite, but perhaps team complement is more accurate way to describe me. While Eva is busy in the kitchen, I make sure you are greeted when you arrive and that you feel comfortable with us. I'm organized, and I enjoy when things go smoothly in a planned, controlled manner.
But as you probably already guessed, there is never a day without surprises in our work! Then I solve situations with elegant flexibility.
Ginny
I am Ginny, an Afghan hound - elegant and wise, but also playful and a little silly. But mostly determined, thirsty for life and warm-hearted. Just like my owner Eva! I help Amanda maintain a harmonious atmosphere in our bistro. I often lie on the floor, contentedly dozing in the midst of the hustle and bustle, and sometimes I can curl up under the table at your feet.
I am an allergy-friendly breed and I like your attention.
