PHILOSOPHY

Our menu changes daily and consists of fresh, local ingredients. This way we can guarantee tasty, quality food served without waste. We compost using the Bokashi method and thus produce our own potting soil and manure, and supply soil and manure to Tallbacka Garden.Through our local sourcing, we see great benefits in working with local businesses.

OUR SPECIALITIES

Wild fish from the archipelago sea, our own cheeses made from local raw milk and delicious cheeses that we buy from Jordkällaren. Our meet is from cattle on natural grazing or game.
Some of the bread we bake ourselves, some we buy from local baker Robert and Hunger & Törst. Local artists exhibit paintings, ceramics and we sell artisan food from the archipelago - jams, honey, juice and also local design towels. Our aim is clear - a relaxed homely and warm atmosphere.

What happens at us
OWNER EVA INVITES YOU TO Coffee with a big bang

Detonation takes place in the mine of Pargas on weekdays at 14.00. Come and experience the blasting with a dessert of the day and a good cup of coffee or a delicious herbal tea from Tallbacka Garden. Served Tue-Sat from 12-17.00.
You may know Eva from before. She had a restaurant, marina and accommodation in Pensar, Nauvo, and Guesthouse Mullfjället i Åre until April 2019.
In June 2019 Matmalmen @EVA restaurant and B&B was opened in Pargas city center, the capital of the archipelago.
